♥ Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases in US Domestic. International shipping is paid by customer in full. Shipping available for domestic USA and international.

Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed. Once the product is in hands of courier, Goddess Rising Intimates is not responsible for shipment/transit delays.

Please note due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed. Patience is appreciated <3

♥ Can all items be returned/exchanged?

Goddess Rising offers size exchanges and store credit for bras only.

Panties cannot be processed as a return, exchange or store credit.

Panties are final sale.

♥ For all bra exchanges only:

Goddess Rising must be contacted by email within 30 days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number. 

Please send an email here with your order number.

Bra returns must be shipped and postmarked within 14 days from receiving email with return authorization number.

Bras exchanges must be in original condition (not washed, worn, or used) with labels attached and intact as delivered.

​

Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.

**Products marked final sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, returned, or receive a store credit.**

If the wrong item is delivered compared to purchase order, or an item is faulty, please email here within 48 hours of time of delivery.

Due to the nature of plant dyes and each garment being small-batch dyed, in the event of an exchange, there will be slight variation of color between garments. No two garments will be the same exact color.
